Cancellation Policy
We ask for a card on file for booking services online only! I want to assure you that I don't have access to your card information. I do carry bodyworks insurance to protect you, and your private information online as well.
Due to an increased frequency of no call, no shows. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment online. This is to protect my time, and hold accountability for online booking. If you cannot make it to your appointment. Please give me a call, i understand life happens. I'd be happy to wave the fee and reschedule for a later time - thanks for understanding, Victoria
